AE ComputArE Inc. offers a LAN monitoring service that monitors all routers, switches, hubs and LAN connections. Our WAN monitoring service offers WAN circuit monitoring through monitored edge-routers. Both services report on each client network device including LAN port utilization and error-rates and WAN circuit utilization, error rates and latency. If an Incident occurs, through the AE ComputArE Inc. Incident Management process, the incident is categorized, assigned, tracked to closure and resolved as per the client-defined Incident Management notification process. Escalation procedures, defined by the client and managed by AE ComputArE Inc. include IT and business line contacts.
